GOOD MORNING
How about looking for a change in a place you see every day?
Is there a difference in the sun that rises?
What's changed on the path you walk?
Can you notice changes in places you describe as "routine" during the day, where you work, in school, at your desk, people you talk to?
These don't have to be huge changes, but because we are often looking for huge differences in every moment, small changes can escape from our eyes and create a feeling like we are living the same day everyday.
You can experience this little mindfulness exercise to change that.
If you want to create one of these changes, you can start your day by saying "good morning" to someone you don't normally say good morning to.
Then I begin, wishing you a happy and lucky week, Good morning.
