Trauma, Trauma again

While we may accept some experiences as trauma, we underestimate others and do not include them in this category.

Since trauma often manifests itself in conjunction with stress, we have a perception of not including events that we do not find "stressful enough" in this category.

However, trauma is individual, everyone's perception of stress, coping patterns and struggles are different!

Don't underestimate the impact of events on yourself just because someone (even if it's people you feel very close to) doesn't find the events you're going through traumatic enough.

Many events that make you feel helpless, drag you to intense emotions such as fear and stress, lack your coping skills, disrupt your mental processes are trauma and should not be ignored.

Trauma is not fought by letting it flow into time, because it is a process in which not only the mind but also the body keeps records.

In order for a person to go through a traumatic process, it is not necessary to be exposed to major events such as war, harassment.  Being ignored, emotional manipulation, having to grow up fast, suddenly changing living standards, and many more are traumas.
