When we think of self-care, we usually think of physical and highly stereotyped, kind of classic activities. However, self-care is a process that you do "for yourself", that relaxes you physically and mentally, that makes you feel breathing. and most importantly, a subjective situation

A self-care routine that is very good for you may seem uncomfortable to someone else. It's just like recommending medication to your friend.

Not every self-care you see on social media or hear about from your friends may suit you. You may have tried these activities in the self-care category and not felt well and judged yourself.

For example, while keeping a diary, you may have difficulty revealing your emotions in writing, you may need a voice communication to understand your feelings, in which case you can keep a diary by recording audio.

Self-care is giving yourself both physical and mental care, steps that take you a step further and support you in combating the stress and anxiety that life brings.

Then ask yourself, what do you need, mentally and physically?
