Naming what you're feeling can be a good start to know yourself, explore yourself, and identify your feelings and move forward!

Although "How are you?" is a question we hear many times every day, most of us know the answer wrong.

When we all have different personalities, emotional and intellectual patterns, how can we all have two options to answer this question?

The answer to the question "how are you" is not whether I am good or bad.

Perhaps in order to change our perception of this question, we can try to change the question a little and ask "how is it going" to open up a space for real and sincere communication where we can express our real feelings to each other.

If you wish, you can ask yourself the question "how is it going?" without having someone ask you and do something for yourself today.

I woke up cheerful today, and I'm a little worried.

How is it going for you?
