CHANGE
"If your perspective changes, your world changes"
Every time I hear this sentence, my heart fills with compassion and I feel squeezed inside.
When I first hear this sentence, it sheds light on the bottomless, cold and dark pit of despair, and then, as I think about it, it reminds me that change, even if it is good, brings a great deal of uncertainty and responsibility.
Most of the time, when we talk about positive changes around us, we talk about how good the change is for us and its positive consequences, but we never feel the need to tell about our ups and downs on the road. Maybe we are not doing this consciously, maybe when we reach the end of the road our minds are ignoring the difficulties.
However, even if the change is positive, it is a painful process, a huge road full of ups and downs.
Of course, we go through difficult paths when we change our perspective. We learn to make peace with these challenges and walk hand in hand. At the end of the road, we reach the concept of "change" and gain new meanings.
Giving mindfulness a place in our lives in this process allows us to go the path we run with a car. In this way, we have the chance to observe not only the place we reached, but also the sun, rain and storm on the way we go through.
